July 15th, 2011:

Sending of files to mushers and opening of registrations.

September 15th, 2011:

Last day to receive applications from mushers.

October 1st, 2011:

The race committee will give the names of:

• 25 mushers chosen for La Grande Odyssée Savoie-Mont-Blanc 2012,
• 10 mushers for the 2012 Grande Odyssée Trophy,
• 10 mushers for the 2012 Haute-Maurienne-Vanoise Trophy, and will send a confirmation letter to the mushers concerned.

A waiting list will be drawn up. Mushers confirm their registration by:

• paying the registration fee (1 400 euros for LGO or 500 euros for the trophy),
• sending back all administrative documents signed.

October 15th, 2011:

Mushers on the waiting list will be contacted if there are any remaining places for La Grande Odyssée Savoie-Mont-Blanc 2011.


Documents to provide

List of documents to provide before September 15th, 2011:

• a registration form,
• a complete biography,
• a digital photo.

List of other elements to provide before October 15th, 2011:

• signed rules,
• signed disclaimer,
• dogs list + chip number,
• payment of registration fee,
• copy of passport or identity card,
• insurance certificate or federal license,
• medical certificate.
